Refund and Cancellation Policy

Preamble

At Resilient Path Consulting & Training, we aim to provide transparent and fair solutions for all our clients.

We understand that circumstances can change and technical issues can arise, so we have outlined below how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled.

Our goal is always to find a respectful, reasonable outcome for everyone involved.


1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services, digital courses, and consultancy provided by Resilient Path Consulting & Training (“we”, “our”, “us”), whether purchased through our website https://rpct.odoo.com or agreed upon directly in writing.

By purchasing a service or digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


2. Digital courses and online training

Once access to a digital course, recording, or online learning material has been granted, the purchase becomes final.

Delivery is considered to have begun once login details, course links, or access credentials have been issued to the participant.


Because digital content is made available immediately after payment and the product is not physically returnable, refunds are generally not possible under Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code.


If you experience technical issues or cannot access your purchased content, please contact us through our contact form within 14 calendar days of purchase.


We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue or offer a fair solution, which may include reactivation of access, replacement of materials, or — if appropriate — a partial or full refund.


Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of confirmation, using the same payment method originally used.


3. Live sessions, workshops, or consultancy

For live online sessions, workshops, or consultancy services:


  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved time and administrative costs.
  • After the session has started or in case of non-attendance, the full fee is non-refundable.


If we must cancel or reschedule a session for unforeseen reasons (such as illness, technical failure, or other force majeure circumstances), we will notify you promptly and offer either a new date or a full refund for any undelivered portion of the service.


4. Force majeure and consistency with Terms

If delivery of services or digital materials is prevented due to force majeure (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), any paid but undelivered portion of the service will be refunded.

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, which apply to all agreements with Resilient Path Consulting & Training.


5. Disputes and resolution

We aim to maintain fair and transparent relationships with our clients.

If you are dissatisfied with a service or wish to dispute a charge, please reach out through our contact form.

Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with Dutch law and the jurisdiction set out in our Terms and Conditions.
