About Resilient Path Consulting and Training
Resilient Path Consulting and Training was founded by Dr Thirza Loffeld, a strategist and facilitator specialising in community-led learning and organisational collaboration. She brings over 15 years of experience supporting professionals and teams in nature conservation, sustainability, publishing, and technology.
Thirza began her career as a behavioural researcher studying great apes in Africa and community-based conservation in Southeast Asia before moving into international capacity-building and knowledge-exchange programmes. She later co-founded WildHub, an online nature conservation community that now connects more than 6,000 professionals across 160 countries.
As Head of Community at tech start-up Zapnito (UK), Thirza helped global organisations create purpose-driven online communities that combine expert knowledge with human connection. Today, she applies that cross-sector experience to help clients build resilient, engaged networks that deliver real-world impact.
